Being in Colorado we are almost in the middle of the US which means most standard ground shipments will arrive in 3 to 4 business days! You will be provided with a the shipping tracking number as soon as your items ships.
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 will qualify for Free ground shipping using our choice of USPS, UPS or FedEx to anywhere in the US. With expedited shipping, you will be credited the ground shipping cost and pay the difference.
Free Shipping does NOT Apply when:
- On select items such as Tanks & Weights
- Sale, Clearance or used items
- Use of loyalty points that drop your total below $100
- If you return the product(s), and it drops your total below the $100 for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charge from the refund/credit.
Signature Required: You ordered it and we want to make sure you get it! We hate "Porch Pirates", so to help with this, our default is signature required for delivery during check-out. If the total of your items is less than $500, you have the option to have your package(s) delivered without a signature. Please keep in mind that once the carrier has delivered (with or without signature) it means you now have the items you ordered.
Insurance: Most carriers will only cover damage up to $50, even if it's their fault and run over the box with a forklift. To make sure that no one loses on this we have added insurance to the order at check out for a small fee. If you elected not to insure your item(s) and there was damage during shipping, the shipper may not cover the full amount for replacement.
In the case that item(s) were damaged please contact the shipping carrier at the phone number below and do the following:
- Take pictures of the original shipping box (keep the box as the shipping carrier may require to physically see it as well), the items damaged and have a copy of your receipt.
- Contact 5280 Scuba with the Claim Number or Call Tag Number given to you by the shipping carrier so we can arrange a reorder/shipment or credit.
For product exchanges you will need to ship your the product(s) back at your expense and we will ship you the new product, via ground shipping, at our expense. See Returns & Exchanges for complete details
